Reviews and Ratings

Wineboy rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A beautiful blend of SB and Semillon which makes is fuller, riper, and a touch more alcohol than SB alone. Just what I prefer. A good buy if you wish to try one of the better Bordeaux whites at a reasonable price - this is it.
Chateau Hauts de Lagarde is a well-priced, white Bordeaux blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Sémillon grown on clay and limestone hillsides. This is a dry white with many 'green' notes on the palate: green pea, apple and pear. Pair with a green salad topped with goat cheese. - Community Wine Reviews
