Natalie's Score: 91/100

From the Côtes De Provence wine region, Gassier Sables D'azur 2020 is a zesty, fresh and mouth-watering Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah rosé blend. Grapes are sourced from Sables d'Azur from the interior Valley of Provence and Sainte Victoire Terroirs. These vineyards benefit from mild winters, early spring, moderate summers and an abundance of sunshine. Look for bright red berry fruit, citrus zest, savoury herb and pepper spice flavours on this dry, medium-bodied rosé. Chill and enjoy with grilled eggplant, red pepper and burrata paninis.

Rosé food pairings: grilled goose breast in cherry wine sauce, duck breasts with bacon and onions, grilled chicken breasts Dijonnaise.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
