Château Fontenelles Cuvée Renaissance 2015 is a full-bodied Corbieres from the Languedoc-Roussillon wine region. Fleshy, textured and juicy the wine blend is 55% Syrah and 25% Grenache with a smattering of Mourvèdre and old-vines Carignan. Rich mulberry, blueberry and raspberry flavours on the palate wrapped up in a veil of smoke.

Food pairings: braised meat dishes, blackened peppercorn steaks, char-grilled burgers.

Château Fontenelles Cuvée Renaissance 2015 is a full-bodied Corbieres from the Languedoc-Roussillon wine region. Fleshy, textured and juicy the wine blend is 55% Syrah and 25% Grenache with a smattering of Mourvèdre and old-vines Carignan. The blended wine was aged 12 months in French oak barrel. Look for rich mulberry, blueberry and raspberry flavours on the palate wrapped up in a veil of smoke.
