A lovely, medium-bodied southern French rose blend of Grenache Noir, Cinsault and Syrah grapes planted in south-facing vineyards and picked at night to preserve freshness. Aromas of strawberry, rose petal and spice in this terrific rosé. Pair with fresh seafood.

Rosé food pairings: grilled salmon steak, baked ham, soft cheeses.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pretty pale peach in colour, with enticing fragrances of red berries, garrique and lavender. Medium-bodied palate balances these elements nicely with fine acidity and herbal touches coming through on the long finish. Great value for charcuterie, black olive tapenade and ratatouille.
Tasted Oct. 2018
The Grenache Noir and Syrah wine grapes for Château De Berne's Émotion 2017 Rosé were sourced from the Côtes De Provence, Provence wine region from south-facing vineyards. Vibrant red fruit of ripe and bright raspberry, cherry and strawberry with a fine mineral streak can be found on the palate. This one is for the barbeque. Try it chilled with grilled shrimp. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
