From the Haut-Médoc, Bordeaux wine region, Château d'Agassac 2008 is a dry, full-bodied red wine blend of 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 48% Merlot and 4% Cabernet Franc sourced from this fairy-tale estate's oldest vines. Fragrant with dark berry, mint and smoky aromas of roasted herbs, the wine is velvety on the palate with ripe black fruit compote, pepper spice, grilled herb flavours. Pour it with roast duck dinner. This vintage was awarded Gold at the 2011 Concours de Bordeaux.

Food pairings: roast duck, prime rib, rack of lamb.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
