Golden West's Golden West Vineyard 2019 Pinot Noir is bright and enticing on the nose with sweet cherry, tart red berry and subtle spicy aromas. Dry, medium-bodied and vibrant on the palate with bright cherry, red berry, fine herbs, mocha, citrus zest and spicy flavours. Tannins are firm. Lightly chill and enjoy with a rack of lamb.

Pinot Noir food pairings: pork tenderloin en croute, turkey, grilled chicken, lentil, leek and tomato cassoulet.

Reviews and Ratings

Produced by Charles Smith, Golden West's Golden West Vineyard 2019 Pinot Noir is a fragrant, medium-bodied PN with fresh, tart cherry, cranberry, raspberry, wild strawberry, soft citrus, spice and comfy chocolate aromas and flavours lingering on the palate. Tannins are structured. A portion of the Pinot Noir grapes for this vintage were kept whole-clustered. Chill and enjoy with lamb chops from the grill. - Community Wine Reviews
