Produced by J.L. Groux and Charles Baker, B-Side 2017 Riesling from Stratus Vineyards on the Niagara Peninsula is a single-vineyard, limited vintage Riesling. The B-side Riesling is a blend of younger vines from these sites giving crisp apple, tropical fruit flavours with a spicy and zesty citrus finish. Pair with grilled pork chops.

An elegant Riesling from Niagara Escarpment. Peach, honey and subtle mineral nose with bright ripe peach and slight lemon predominating on the palate. Enjoy with roast pork tenderloin.
