An ultra high-class white Burgundy for under $25. It is so well-constructed, with poached apple, white stone fruit, brioche, lanolin, wet wool, and citrus. 92 Points.

Pale lemon with a green hue. Gorgeous aromas, apples and lime zest. Like walking in a white flower garden, white blossoms and clean pomelo citrus pith with flinty poignant minerals. This is a complex old world style white burgundy. A pale yellow colour does not foreshadow the sharper mix of citrus, minerals, yeast and savoury spice. Yet it is smooth in the mouth and well balanced. It would be great paired with your Thanksgiving Turkey dinner. Tasted September 16, 2018.
