Very cherry-berry on the nose followed by fleshy ripe raspberries and cranberries on the palate. Full-bodied, juicy and mouth-watering. Nice aperitif, but even better with grilled salmon.

Rose food pairings: smoked or grilled salmon.

Reviews and Ratings

There’s nothing like hearing a song you love played acoustically – a simpler, somehow purer version. We like to think of our Rosé as an acoustic Pinot Noir. After cold-soaking the grapes on skins for 5-7 days, we remove a portion of the juice to make our Rosé. We follow that up with a long, cool fermentation and then bottle a little earlier than most might to really showcase the purity of our estate-grown grapes. It’s our award-winning Pinot Noir, unplugged. All our winemaking decisions get the same attention to detail as the Rosé does. And the results show in every bottle. On that, you have our word.
