Natalie's Score: 92/100

A robust, complex and layered BC red wine blend of of 14% Merlot, 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Cabernet Franc, 6% Malbec for the classic Meritage. The 2014 vintage was a solid one. Aromas of dark fleshy ripe plums and some smoke. These 12- to 13-year-old vines are planted in stony soils that reflect the heat back to the vines at night. Decant 2 hours. Pair with a rare steak.

Complex, layered, densely concentrated Bordeaux style blend. Full bodied, firm ripe tannins, big acidity and integrating alcohol. Pairs well with red meats. Tasted 2014 vintage in April 2018 decanted 3h - 92 points
