Reviews and Ratings

Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

This Napa Valley Zinfandel is a crowd favorite. Although mostly known for their production of Cabernet Sauvignon, the Zinfandel is a favorite of Caymus' Charlie Wagner. The nose is intense with scents of prune, fig, currants, spice and red fruit. The palate is full bodied with more dark jammy fruit, licorice, some subtle heat and spice. Enjoy with slow cooker ribs. Tasted November 2017.
Caymus (2015) is a full-bodied Zinfandel from the Napa Valley from a winery also famous for its Cabernet Sauvignons. Pair with grilled meats or roast beef. - Community Wine Reviews
