Cave Spring is Niagara's master of Riesling, from the dry table style to the dessert version like this Icewine. Aromas of fresh apricot, honey and peach preserves. Pair with fruit flan or cobbler, or even better, enjoy this on its own.

Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A sweet and succulent Riesling Icewine from Cave Spring Cellars. Known for their ability to make vibrant Rieslings, this Icewine features aromas of peachy honeysuckles and limestone. Very flavourful with ripe juicy peach, ginger spices, honeydew melon and honeyed dried apricots. The elevated acidity is a lovely touch and balances nicely. A suitable pairing with a fruit shortcake, flan, custard creme desserts, or nut and cheese plates. Delicious! - tasted January 2022
