From Saint-Chinian-Roquebrun, Cave de Roquebrun Les Fiefs D'aupenac 2020 is a dry, medium-plus-bodied sensuous and mouth-filling white wine blend of 70% Roussanne and 30% Grenache Blanc. Vibrant on the palate with fresh ripe pear, apricot with a hint of red berry and subtle toasty spice with a long finish. Very nicely done and great value at $20.

Food pairings: grilled shrimp, salads, chicken burgers.

L.J. Palmer WSET 3 rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Terrific blend of 70% Roussanne and 30% Grenache from Languedoc Rousillon; medium lemon in colour with a pronounced nose featuring floral and citrus notes; dry with a medium plus body. Very smooth on the palate, rich and round and well balanced with notes of red berries, vanilla, grapefruit and floral. A joy to drink!
Paired well with Woolwich lemon lime goat cheese and Rabel hard goat cheese with rosemary crust; prosciutto and dates worked well too as did white Stilton with ginger and mango; also good with bread dipped in olive oil flavoured with Persian lime.
From Saint-Chinian-Roquebrun, Cave de Roquebrun Les Fiefs D'aupenac 2020 is a dry, medium-plus-bodied white wine blend of 70% Roussanne with the balance in Grenache Blanc. Fragrant and juicy with fresh pear, ripe stone fruit and red berry flavours vivacious and silky on the palate. So good now, but drink to 2025. - Community Wine Reviews
