Reviews and Ratings

Sean O'Regan - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Oct 23, 2014: Tasted blind at NCSG Vintage pre-release event.
Medium garnet, nose shows cherry, licorice, leather, herb/mint and some foral/violet. Medium bodied, with cherry, red berry, herb, clove, oak spice/toast and good balanced acidity/softened tannins with a medium finish. In all, a matured, nice pleasant food friendly wine to drink now.
The 2008 Chianti is a finely strung, well-structured red wine. Perfect for pasta and tomato sauce. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
