Reviews and Ratings

Tania Thomas - CSW, WSET ADV rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Delicate, refreshing and crisp traditional Soave. A delicious blend of Garganega and Trebbiano grapes with a touch of Chardonnay, grown on the hillsides around Verona. Vinified dry with fresh and vibrant palate and pronounced notes of ripe orchard fruits. Fantastic as an aperitif and great match to assortment of appetizers. Serve chilled. Tasted October 2016/89. Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Cesari's clean crisp classic take on Soave - a Northern Italian white wine crafted from 100% Garganega grapes. Aromas are moderate showcasing mostly floral notes, while the palate shows lively acidity with flavours of tart apple, grapefruit, and saline minerality notes. Enjoy this refreshing wine with Thai shrimp spring rolls. Tasted by @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

A pretty medium lemon-green coloured Soave Classico from Cesari. Peaches, guava and apple blossoms sing together in harmony alongside flavours of crisp yellow apples, sugar snap peas and clean salt driven minerals. Extra dry, light and refreshing. Stellar to pair alongside garlic mussels. 87 points

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
