Lemon zest and lemongrass aromas with grapefruit freshness and sunshine happiness. Clean and refreshing. Finishes with white grapefruit and lime zest. Great value. An incredibly great wine for the money! This South African Sauvignon Blanc over delivers on every dimension: taste, food friendliness and price. Try it with fresh seafood.

This South African SB has a fresh nose of lemon & gooseberry with slight vegetal notes. The palate shows gooseberry, citrus and grass. Crisp& dry with a long citrus/gooseberry finish.
The 2013 vintage of this South African white wine is a blend of 95% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Semillon grapes. The grapes were cropped at six tons per hectare. The wine was aged for 9 months on its lees in stainless steel tanks and barrels. The winemaker Duncan Savage. - Community Wine Reviews
