Cannonball 2022 Chardonnay is always a crowd-pleaser and is consistently impressive and expressive. A fresh Burgundian-style Chardonnay with grapes fermented in stainless steel to enhance its fresh fruit flavours of ripe apple, pear and lemon zest, it also spends a few months in French oak barrels to give the wine its vanilla, spicy, toasty, rounded and buttery mouthfeel. Chill and enjoy it with grilled chicken or pork dishes.

Chardonnay food pairings: barbequed salmon, barbequed pork roast on a spit, roast chicken dinner with all the trimmings.

Reviews and Ratings

Cannonball 2022 is a dry, fresh Burgundian-style Chardonnay with grapes fermented in stainless steel tank to enhance the wine's yellow apple, pineapple, ripe white-fleshed stone fruit flavours. Finishes long and zesty with Key lime, apple pie baking spice and nutty flavours that linger on the palate. Very nice for the price! - Community Wine Reviews
