Round and generous Californian Chardonnay with balancing acidity for a wide range of dishes. Green apple, pear and lime aromas on the nose with a campfire smoky finish from oak aging. The name of this robust Californian Chardonnay -- Ca' Momi -- translates to "house of Momi' in reference to Momi dea Bionda, a vineyard manager in Italy's northern region of Veneto, where the three owners of this Napa Valley winery were born. Pair with butternut squash or pasta in a cream sauce.

Chardonnay food pairings: scallops with a sesame ginger dressing, beef bourguignon, grilled chicken breast, pasta with tomato sauce, pork tenderloin.
