Reviews and Ratings

Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

This is a great balance of fruit and oak. The nose is all about light, toasty, buttery oak notes over peach and ginger notes. The palate has generous tropical fruit and pastry in play. All nicely integrated and well balanced with beautiful tension and a long finish. You don't want this one to end! Enjoy with pastry appetizers, pork with apple sauce or chicken in cream sauce. Christian Marcoux rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A sumptuous California Chardonnay, the Calera 2018 delivers dense tropical aromas. Full body with present acidity, well suited for food pairing. Every sip develops complex flavors of mango, lime peel, caramel and oak. Delicious wine. Enjoy!
