Burrowing Owl 2016 Chardonnay is an estate bottled, dry, full-bodied 100% Chardonnay from the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia. Rich and buttery on the palate with smoky, toasted nut, baked pear, stonefruit flavours and vibrant acidity. Made by the Wyse family, this Chardonnay was awarded a Silver Medal at the 2018 Pacific Rim International Wine Competition. Pair with roast chicken.
