The 2004 vintage of Bollinger's Brut Rosé La Grande Année is bursting with crisp wild berry notes and toasty richness. There's an attractive core of minerality running through the heart of this much-coveted champagne. This French Rosé both refreshes and titillates the senses.

Rosé Champagne food pairings: lox and capers, grilled salmon steak, fresh fruit, veggies, pasta primavera.

Bollinger's 2004 Brut Rosé La Grande Année Champagne is a blend of 68% Pinot Noir and 32% Chardonnay grapes. Almost 90% of these grapes were grown in the Grand Cru villages with another 10% from Premier Cru vineyards. This sparkling wine was disgorged in September 2011. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
