A terrific Italian Pinot Grigio that's zesty and crisp. Mouth-watering aromas of lemongrass and grapefruit. The Bolla Pinot Grigio will drink well as a chilled aperitif or pair with seafood.

Reviews and Ratings

Emilie Ryan rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

A flavourful Pinot Grigio.…
Presentation: An eclectic, busy label, although it has relatively little text compared to some other labels thanks to its six different fonts
Appearance: Pale gold
Nose: Medium nose with notes of tropical fruit (lychee), wet stone, white flowers and honey
Taste: Dry, full body, high acidity, low tannins, and viscous, with notes of chalk, lemon rind, bitter almond
Finish: long, bitter almond finish
Overall impression: A more viscous, flavourful version of a Pinot Grigio. At the same time, it offers a nice representation of the varietal and would pair nicely with an array of dishes, such as cheese, salad, grilled vegetables, and cream pastas.
Value: 4/5
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier reviewed this wine as follows:

Light, fruity and crowd pleasing. Stonefruit, citrus zest and hints of saline minerality. Enjoy as a patio sipper.
