Gorgeous cool-climate Pinot Noir! Edgy, fleshy, fun and layers of voluptuous black cherry, earth and mystery. This wine is great even two days after being opened. Superb craftsmanship.

Eye:
Pale, purplish rim.

Nose:
Oregon Willamette Valley? Cherry/pomegranate/strawberry some beet. Fruit a little candied but good.

Palate:
Silky texture. Flavour mostly in the end taste, palate doesn’t match the nose. Very soft tannins, good aftertaste, blueberry/strawberry finish.Well balanced and elegant.

The 2011 Reserve Pinot Noir is a rich, ruby-coloured wine with complex layers of red fruit, spice and integrated oak.
The Reserve signifies a select blend of the vintage which enhances the structure, finesse and elegance with extended bottle ageing prior to release.
