A vibrant, zesty BC sparkling wine from one of the country's best producers. This blanc des blancs (white from white grapes) is made from 100% estate grown Chardonnay. It's made in the traditional champagne method, and aged sur lie for 5 and half years for extra creaminess and richness. Aromas of green and golden apples with freshly baked bread. Superb. Pair with shellfish and seafood.

Blanc de Blancs Brut food pairings: seafood hors d'oeuvres, grilled shrimp, chicken.

Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

A gorgeous sparkler from Okanagan Valley - Blue Mountain Vineyard and Cellars. Love these elements of baked biscuits, green apples and a splash of lingering lemon citrus that carried into the back. Aged on lees for 6.5 years. Brilliant acidity nestled with a hug of fine, delicate mousse and a dry, lingering finish. Perfect for any festivity or accompanying fresh seafood. 93 points - December 2019
Craig Haynes - WSET3 FWS SWS IWS rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Crafted with traditional method techniques, this blanc de blanc bubbly from British Columbia showed elegance and vitality in my glass.

Lively aromas reminiscing of peach, white florals, buttery pastry dough and crushed stone ushered in delicious flavours of mature stone fruits, herb infused dough. Featuring 100% chardonnay grapes, this sparkler from Blue Mountain showcased a richly textured mouth feel thanks to 6 1/2 years it matured on its lees. Serve this bubbly with any occasion. Enjoy.
