Reviews and Ratings

Philippe Perreault - Sommelier rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Clear yellow color with aromas of sea salt, fresh cut grass, citrus and green apple.

The palate is crisp, medium-bodied and medium.

Pair it with shellfish and serve it at 8-10 degrees.

Ready to drink.
Terry Jeans - Certified S rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

This lightly yellow coloured white is L'Acadie Blanc, a hybrid grape that is considered Nova Scotia's Chardonnay. The aromatics are quite unique, with herbaceous notes, brine, green apple and minerality. It tastes quite acidic, with more citrus lemon than apple with a crisp finish. Seeing it is from the maritimes, it would be a lovely pairing with some pan-fried cod with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

This is a bright golden colour and declared at 10.8% ABV. Aromatics of butterscotch, Asian pear, candied lemon zest, canned mandarin orange, and a hint of white chocolate. On the palate this is dry and shows medium acidity, medium minus body, medium minus fruit featuring mouthwatering lemon-lime, ripe crab apple with slight minerality. Pairs well with white fish dishes, citrus ginger chicken, or pesto fettuccini.
