From the Awatere Valley, a bright and zesty Sauvignon Blanc, 90% fermented in stainless steel tanks and 10% in oak barriques. Elegant and poised with bell pepper, subtle tropical fruit, nettle, lime and mineral flavours creamy on the palate. Enjoy with salads topped with warm, herbed goat cheese.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: Asian chicken salad, pork tenderloin, asparagus and linguine carbonara, asparagus and sugar snap pea soup, avocado and papaya salad.

Blind River 2018 Sauvignon Blanc is fresh on the nose with cut grass, light herbs, lime zest aromas and zesty with great acidity for food. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes for this wine were grown on the winery's own estate in the Awatere Valley, 90% were fermented in stainless steel tanks and 10% in oak barriques. - Community Wine Reviews
