Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Made from Cortese grapes. Medium lemon green colour. Aromas consist of tart pear, pink grapefruit, starfruit, creamy lemon vanilla curd, hints of mango, lily floral notes and a touch of chive. Also some wet rock and salty green olive minerals. On the palate this is so nice! Tart yellow apple and pear, with nectarine and honeydew and dill-herb freshness. Medium acidity and body. Crisp and clean with a decadent oily mouthfeel. Pair with scallop and asparagus risotto or mixed seafood antipasti. Reviewed October 2017 - Andrea's Wine Cellar
Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A lovely, refreshingly crispy light white wine made from the Cortese grape and crafted in Piedmont, Italy. The ripe fruit on the palate lingers with flavors of grapefruit, citrus, apple, flint and floral - bright acidity. Serve well chilled on its own, or with a variety of antipasti or seafood dishes.
From the Piedmont wine region, Bersano Gavi Di Gavi (2015) is clean and crisp with mouth watering acidity. This is an ideal wine for seafood. Gavi di Gave is make from the Cortese wine grape -- documented as far back as 1659, the grape was known for its hardiness and resistance to grape diseases. - Community Wine Reviews
