Reviews and Ratings

Philippe Perreault - Sommelier rated this wine as 78/100 with the following review:

It's a blend of 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Blanc, 15% Pinot Noir and 10% Riesling.

Deep yellow/green color with fine bubbles.

Aromas of grilled almond, pear, grapefruit, flower and kiwi.

The acidity is fresh, the body is light-bodied and the finish is short.

Serve it at 5-6 degrees.

Pair it with a gravlax salmon or a smoked salmon bagel with apple and cheese.
