A very pretty white zinfandel, medium sweet but not cloying. Think fresh field strawberries. Lovely sipper chilled or pair with grilled seafood.

A happy White Zin with pretty strawberry and watermelon aromas with a touch of citrus and candied strawberry and cherry flavours on the palate and finish.

What a nice light rosé with a slightly sweet fruity flavour. Delicious with a fruit salad or a sunny patio! Tasted April 14, 2015
Geoffrey Lindsay reviewed this wine as follows:

I first tasted this wine at Natalie Maclean’s tasting with Beringer winemaker Laurie Hook and was extremely surprised, especially when I found out it was a white zin. It is pansy pink in colour and smells of lemons, melons, cucumber, strawberries and cream. Very soft, the smell reminds me of peach fuzz. The wine has an initial spritz on the tongue and is sweet on the palate with the taste and texture of strawberry shortcake with cream. Decent acidity, the 41 grams of residual sugar is moderately hidden on first taste. Watermelon and lychee plays out before the short to medium finish of lemon, strawberries and peaches. As I finished my glass I realized that this wine was much too sweet for my liking but I had enjoyed what I had. I suggest pairing this wine with a great start to a great night with friends.
