A towering Californian Cabernet with terrific balance and depth of flavour. The vines are planted in volcanic rock just 17 miles north of the winery in St Helena. Aromas of blackberry, cassis, and smoke. Long finish. Pair with a rare steak.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Yum! Aromas of blackberry, cassis, subtle smoke with a hint of eucalyptus. Full bodied, with soft but structured tannins, lots of bright acidity, smooth and ripe dark berry, and a spicy, smoky hint on the finish. This wine makes me so happy!!! Beautiful, full flavours, great balance, and a wonderful lengthy finish. Enjoy with a BBQ steak.
