Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Beautiful! Gorgeous blending sparkling composed of 63% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir, and 12% Pinot Meunier. Aromas of yellow apple, white pepper, yeast and bread along with a touch of honey. Fresh and effervescent on the palate, with a fine mousse, bright acidity and a creamy texture, this bubbly balances rich flavours while still being crisp and refreshing. Drinking beautifully at the 10 year mark. Enjoy with lobster or other seafood.
Philippe Perreault - Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

It's a blend of 63% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir, and 12% Pinot Meunier.

Clear golden color with an amber hue and fine bubble.
Beautiful aromas of toasted bread, pear, Granny smith apple and mineral.
This is still nerve on the palate, very long and pleasant.

Pair it with Covey Hill oysters,
Serve it at 5-6 degrees.
Enjoyable now but can be aged an still 5 years.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
