A pretty, bone-dry summer Pinot Noir Blanc Rosé with berry fruit, cherry cobbler, soft orange citrus zest and light dried herb flavours on the palate. Light weight with grilled herb flavours and brilliant acidity. Silky smooth on the palate. Pair with grilled seafood dishes.

Pinot Noir Blanc Rosé food pairings: linguine vongole, turkey sandwiches, planked salmon.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Now that summer is over, this wine can shift from a patio sipper to a turkey wine. Aromas of strawberry, lime, and orange with a hint of minerality. Light bodied with bright acidtiy and lovely, tart berry notes balanced with bright citrus hints. Enjoy with turkey dinner, or pork tenderloin.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
