This vibrant white wine is made from 100% Pinot Gris grapes. It offers notes of tropical tree fruit, apricots, peach blossom and honeysuckle. The sweetness is balanced and add a mouth-filling voluptuousness to this wine. It finishes with quince and floral notes. Try it with Asian dishes and mild to medium curries.

Pinot Gris food pairings: pasta with cream sauce, grilled chicken breast, summer salads, pork burgers.

Reviews and Ratings

Carola Price rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Clear and pale gold. Honey, natural almond, nectarine and lemongrass in the nose. In the mouth vibrant with good acidity. Quite balanced with just a hint of sweetness on the finish. Honey and peach with some floral notes. Medium bodied with a medium finish. Very pleasant and a great match to roasted chicken, Alsatian pork and fruit sauce and baked black cod in miso.

Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This is a great example of classic Alsatian Pinot Gris. Clear straw colour in the glass. A hint of diesel on the nose that gives way to honey and peach. Lively on the palate where the honey and stone fruits continue. Definitely and acid seam throughout which be offset by something a bit creamy like salmon or seafood in cream sauce. Tasted March 2017.
Cherie Cole rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Complex aromas and flavours of apricot, peach, honeysuckle and wet stone. Medium body with a long, stone fruit finish. Tasted Oct 02, 2016.
This is a vibrant, Alsatian style, medium-bodied 100% Pinot Gris. On the nose the wine is delicate with Honeysuckle and fragrant white flowers. On the palate, the wine as a refreshing acidity with pear apple, stonefruit and quince. Excellent now with roast duck and mushroom risotto. - Community Wine Reviews
