Reviews and Ratings

Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Gentle smoke and leather on the nose. Still some subtle fruit on the grippy palate. Full-bodied with a medium finish. A satisfying pour with steak or tapas. Tasted July 2019. www.thewineloverskitchen.com
Produced by Bodegas Balboas in the Ribera del Duero, 5 Meses 2015 Tempranillo is made from old vines Tempranillo wine grapes. Lots of dark berry, earthy floral, cinnamon, cedar spice and smoky vanilla flavours on the palate. Bodegas Balboas is about 250 years old. - Community Wine Reviews
