Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

An engaging red wine from Croatia. A pretty colour - pale garnet, similar to a delicate Pinot Noir. The bouquet includes red cherries, pomegranate, smoke driven spices, raspberries and a touch of leather. Flavours reveal: sour strawberries, dark chocolate, cedar and tart cranberry freshness. A fun try. mouth watering acidity, medium body and finish. light dry and tart. Medium minus tannins. Try this with tomato based pasta dishes. Tasted April 2018
Stephen Andrews reviewed this wine as follows:

Tasted May 16th at wine club. Colour light ruby red, like a young Pinot. Legs medium minus. Aromas and flavours of strawberry, red berries, plum jam, herbs.
Taste dry, medium mouthfeel, mouthwatering, fruity, soft tannin. Finish medium red fruit. This is a very easy drinking wine. Serve cool, food match, grilled fish or Asian cuisine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
