A supple, full-bodied, generous Californian Cabernet from the Paso Robles region. Fleshy ripe blackberries and plums wrapped in a tasty blanket of mocha and coffee notes. Pair with a grilled steak. Nothing austere here, except perhaps the price for the value of this wine. Yum!

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: grilled meats, hearty root vegetables, bold pasta dishes.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Lovely! Aromas of currant, blackberry, with mocha and some green or herbaceous notes. Full bodied, with some medium acidity, ripe red fruit on the palate and a hint of smoke and leather on the finish. Enjoy with a grilled steak.
Ripe cherry aromas followed by licorice and sweet oak. On the palate there are bright red fruits with a bold framework of structured tannins and underscored by a long finish.
