A zesty fresh Greek white wine with lemon blossom and lime on the palate and finish. Very pleasant. Served chilled as an aperitif or companion to seafood.

Reviews and Ratings

Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

I am so thrilled to see this bottled sunshine from the beautiful village of Episkopi, Santorini in Ontario! Mild intensity floral (orange blossom), mineral and grapefruit aromas. This wine is an Assytiko-Athiri blend from from 80+ year old vines! Did you know that those vines are actually young for Greece? Oh, wine nerds, Argyros Estates is over 100 years old, still family run and phylloxera free!

On the palate there are some lovely apple, stone fruit, mandarin and mineral notes that linger through to a medium-long finish. This wine is medium (+) bodied with a slight off dry sensation and a luscious texture. Enjoy with fried calamari, smelts or grilled octapus!
Philippe Perreault - Sommelier rated this wine as 81/100 with the following review:

It's a blend of 90% Assyrtiko, 5% Athiri and 5% Aidani.

Clear yellow color.

aromas of lemon, lime, citrus, mineral and flower.

This wine is lively, light-bodied, thin and the finish is medium.

Take this wine like aperitif.

Serve it at 8-10 degrees.

Ready to drink.
