From Georgia, Askaneli Brothers, Tvishi (2013) is made from 100% Tsolikouri. This wine grape is a light yellow-skinned white grape variety grown mainly in western Imereti district of Georgia mainly in the Kolkhida Lowland. Nearly 90% of vineyards grow Tsolikauri. The grape can produce premium dry, semi-sweet and semi-dry style wines. According to former Soviet statesman Vyacheslav Molotov, Tsolikouri was one of favourite wines of Soviet leader, Joseph Stalin. - Community Wine Reviews
