Reviews and Ratings

Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

2017 was the first vintage of Arterra Pinot Gris, which happened to be a stellar year to make its debut. Incredibly aromatic, with sweet orchard fruits, honeysuckle, wildflower honey, and lemon curd on the nose. Those inviting aromas are met with a very crisp and refreshing mineral-driven palate where layers of sweet orchard fruit shine bright, all in a very dry food-friendly style. Pan seared scallops, halibut, roasted poultry, or pork with an apple chutney would all pair beautifully with this impressive wine! Tasted May 2019. 91+ points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Beautiful flavour and balance. Aromas of white peach, pear, creamy lemon, and a touch of warm oak and spice. Medium plus bodied, with bright acidity, lots of ripe tropical and stone fruit on the palate, and a slightly creamy finish. Versatile and would be a great match to chicken, white fish dishes, or any cream based sauces.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
