Domaine André Brunel’s Cuvée Sabrine is a vibrant Côte du Rhône Villages blend of 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre. Fermented and aged in concrete vats, this wine is aromatic and expressive, offering dark berry, raspberry, and savoury spice flavours on the palate. A hint of vanilla adds a smooth touch to the finish with velvety tannins. Ideal for drinking now, it will also continue to evolve in bottle. Drink or hold 2027 and enjoy it with prime rib from the grill.

Food pairings: prime rib, venison filet mignon, pork tenderloin.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
