Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Light and refreshing. Aromas of melon and lime with some minerality. Light on the palate, with medium acidity, and fresh melon and citrus flavours. Enjoy with any seafood, such as a shrimp pasta or sole.
Clear yellow color. The aroma has notes of ripe fruit, peach, lemon, apple, melon, pineapple, with hints of mineral and butter. The palate is smooth, with fresh vibrant acidity, with a long finish.

My philosophy is simple: My role is to make the grape's qualities perceptible in the wine, to model, to tame, to educate the wine, to create a being until it evolves on its own, until it is free, until it is released into the glass.
Wines are places interpreted and translated by people - when created with love and truth, they become unique!

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
