Winemaker Kevin Panagapka makes this sublimely delicious Niagara Riesling at a virtual winery, meaning he doesn't own the equipment, such as the press and tanks, but rather rents them from another winery. Juicy lime-lemon happiness with a gusher of mouth-watering pleasure. Medium-bodied and ultimate food-friendly.

Riesling food pairings: mild vegetable curries, grilled pork sausages, schnitzels.

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Big tart and tangy lemon drop, lime zest. Medium bodied, balanced, dry. Mouthwatering acidity. Pairs well with fried calamari, fish and chips, Thai basil beef stir fry. Tasted 2016 vintage in October 2018. 91 points
From Vinemount Ridge in the Niagara Peninsula wine region, this is a mouth-watering, medium-bodied Riesling with juicy lemon and lime flavours. Great acidity and a great food wine. Have with smoked ham and cheesy spaetzli. Drink now and for the next three years. - Community Wine Reviews
