Toasty, crisp and muscular Niagara sparkling wine produced by a master of white wines. Aromas of green apple and freshly baked bread. Superb, and a great value. Pair with shellfish or enjoy as a chilled aperitif.

Blanc De Blancs Sparkling food pairings: fresh, steamed shellfish, smoked whitefish on baguette, pan-fried trout.

Reviews and Ratings

Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 84/100 with the following review:

It may be likely that I had an off bottle because this bubbly seemed overly yeasty. No depth, no complexity and dominant citrus and sour cream flavours. Tasted Sep 2017 by @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
From St. David's Bench, Niagara-On-The-Lake wine region Queenston Road Vineyard (2013) is a dry sparkling Blanc De Blancs made in the traditional method. This sparkler has a lovely citrus nose with ripe yellow apple, toast and a mineral streak running through it. Well balanced, finishing with a zesty acidity, this Blanc de Blanc bubble is so easy to enjoy on its own. - Community Wine Reviews
