Reviews and Ratings

Tania Thomas - CSW, WSET ADV rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Plush, smooth and concentrated, this is a lovely blend of Merlot and Syrah from Washington’s Colombia Valley. It delivers abundant aromas and flavours of ripe dark fruit; cherries, plums and cassis with a whiff of black tea. Well integrated smooth tannins and plenty of weight, closes in a long, lingering cedar-toned finish. Great served with grilled meats and mature firm cheeses.
Craig Kuziemsky rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A nice blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and other varietals. Offers blackberry, red current and some raspberry flavors with some black tea and spice appearing towards the finish.
Carola Price rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Opaque and dark garnet to core. Nose of plum and black cherry with some earthiness. Hints of black pepper join in the overall jammy black fruit flavour in the mouth. Balanced finish overall and very New World in style this is not the best example of Washington State but easy drinking and easy to pair with red meat and pasta dishes in tomato sauce.
