This Niagara sparkling wine has no oak aging and no dosage: it's crisp and clean. Classic nose that has the elegance of terrific champagne and uses Méthode Classique, the same method and grapes as Champagne. Great price. Green apple on the palate. Pair with shellfish.

Sparkling White food pairings: Fresh steamed shellfish, seafood tapas, smoked whitefish.

Reviews and Ratings

Craig Kuziemsky rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

A great fresh Cuvée made of pinot noir and chardonnay. Notes of citrus, green apple and baked bread. A great wine for a celebration. Tasted March 2018 at Taste Ontario Ottawa.
From the Niagara Peninsula wine region, 13th Street Premier Cuvée is s a dry and zesty sparkling wine made in the traditional method as in the making of Champagne. There is no oak aging and no dosage, it's simply crisp and clean. The cuvée is made of made of equal amounts of Pinot noir and Chardonnay. Look for bright citrus, green apple crunch and leesy flavours of baked bread and baked apple. - Community Wine Reviews
