Plush and luxurious with full-bodied goodness. Although it’s big, it’s still in balance. Wow. The Jonata Todos Red is a blend of 63% Syrah, 12% Sangiovese, 11% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and smaller amounts of Grenache, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier. Great for hearty meat dishes. Winemaker Alvaro Palacios is one of Spain’s superstar vintners who also produces the cult wine L’Ermita.
