Dominus Christian Moueix Cabernet Sauvignon 2010, Napa Valley, California, United States: A rich, dark and complex nose of black fruit, smoke and tar aromas on this blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Intensely concentrated yet supple red wine. Decant for 2 hours if you're going to drink soon (better to cellar). Dried tobacco and smoke on the finish, which is long. It's spectacular and a flagship red wine for California, and particularly Napa Valley. It's been 10 years since I awarded a perfect score of 100 points out of 100.
