Château Saint Maurice Les Grès Laudun Christophe Valat, Vign. 2009, A.C., Côtes Du Rhône-Villages, France: Laudun’s best vineyards tend to be north-facing and grown on sandy clay. A value-priced wine for the cellar: 3-5+ years. To enjoy now, decant for 2+ hours and serve. Juicy, delicious and full-bodied with alluring aromas of black cherry, cedar box, violets and smoke. Sanford Pinot Noir 2009, Santa Rita Hills, California, United States: Vintages Wine Panel: Sanford was the first producer to plant Pinot Noir in the Santa Rita Hills area.
