An acquired taste, one either loves Retsina or not. Chill and enjoy it with some traditional Greek fare like calamari, pan-fried saganaki cheese or taramosalata with black olives, fresh cut tomato and cucumber slices. Retsina is designated a traditional wine from Greece and has been made in Greece for at least the past 2000 years.
