Bon Courage Jacques Bruére Cuvée Rosé 2011, Robertson W.O., South Africa: Absolutely superb sparkling wine from South Africa made in the classic Champagne method of the second fermentation in the bottle. This rosé is beautifully fragranced with small field berries and strawberries. This winery is located between the Breede River and Langeberg mountains in the Robertson region. The Bon Courage Wine Estate, owned by the Bruwer family for three generations, produced this bubbly made form 100% Pinot Noir grapes.
